How do u cork 5 on trampoline?

I mean i can do cork 7's cork 9's and i even landed a cork 10 sometimes but how do u cork 5 i kept trying to slow down my spin but ended up down either a misty 5 cause i went inverted or a cork 630 or when i tried back corks same thing either cork 630 or rodeo 5 how do u slow down ur spin to do a cork 5 on tramp? + karma for answers

slap your right butt cheek with your left hand, or the other way around depending on how you spin.

you need to get learned on your tramp vocab. slow your spin down and dont think about hucking it more, just think about pushing your following hip and core through the spin instead of taking it with your hea and shoulders. that might help slow it down and make it easier for more grabs.

when i go for a cork 5 i always reach for a grab and try not to set my spin as hard i just try and let it come naturally instead of hucking it, i dunno if that helps but that works for me

Follow this simple rule

More spin= less flip therefore

Less spin= more flip

you just need to go more for a flip but nto go inverted you know?

it might sound weird, or slightly dangerous, and i can't really argue that it's not either of those, but try bouncing left or right depending on which way your spinning... if you've already got like bio 5s and rodeo 5s and cork 7s and stuff, it helped me to travel to the side when trying cork 5s and cork 3s... if i didnt they just turned into bios. maybe im just weird. i got them down so i didnt have to bounce to the side, but it helped at first, tried to mimic the motion of carving off a lip

Hey man,

What I do is just drop my shoulder (either left or right), and then land on my back, and come up again in the complete spin. So then I've done the cork five, but i land on my back partway through the trick. this helps slow down the trick. Then when I'm ready to do it, start of with a small bounce if you're used to spinning fast, drop you're shoulder/ And remember once, you've faced upwards once, you can spot your landing from there.  So if you dont dropyour shoulder too hard, the trick will finish itself.

same, instead of bringing my grab up to me, i just reach down for it, which usually sets me into cork whether i want to or not.

what you want to do is basicly want to think of it as more of a 180 into front flip and once you get that down then just try to make it not inverted

those arent bad, just when you throw your upper body forwards for the front flip, throw your arm completely horizontal. if you throw it down and under your shoulder, you'll go into bio. just make sure you throw your arm flat across your body and follow through with your shoulders

im having such a tough time with flatspins though. i think i read on here you just swing your leg around, right?

just bounce decently high and spin some slow fives.
then just start doing them with a leading safety.
then lean into it a lil bit.
That's how I just moved from cork 5's to cork 3's

yeaah thats sick!  Try sending them so your feet come more towards your shoulder rather than around, then you wont spin as much.  They look sick with a tweaked japan or something too!

set for cork 3 then just spin to five. What I like to do is set cork 3 big. Then I like to keep looking over me shoulder and spin to five. best to grab with safety, dub nose, and japan. (sometimes B&A:bow and Arrow.

Yeah you gotta be able to do cork 3 first, not slow down ur 7, in my opinion. I learned cork 3s and 5s to left but cork 7 -> to right :-D just get your cork 3 down first and when you learn cork 3 you can do them every time, trust me.

for cork 5 just do cork 7, grab dub safety, and stop your rotation and you'll go to 5

Something to keep in mind is that cork 5 is completely different to cork 7, 9 etc, and is very similar to a cork 3. Cork 5s and 3s are almost not worth the effort on tramp, since you are unable to carve like you would on snow. For a cork 3 or 5, its not about slowing down your rotation but rather setting a completely different trick to a cork 7 or 9.
