Hey ns i was just curious on how much money i should bring just to have at windells for the store and just everything else. Also do campers to campers sell stuff and campers to coaches? also, wat does the store itself actualy have? like does it have gloves boots jackets snow pants hats backpacks or wat? thanx alot please try to answer these! if help given i give 10 karma

It depends how much you want to buy.
A lot of coaches and counselors are reps for companies, and will sell you gear at pro form price.
There is not much used gear from camper to camper selling or anything...
There are also a lot of chances to win free stuff, and you get free goodies at the end of the week.
The store has everything.

^ i disagree....

i brought like 220 bucks to camp. i think i spent ten of it in the store. they didn't have a lot for skiers when i went, mostly skating and boarding stuff, and the windells shirts and such. but they had a coaches sale on the second night where all the coaches came and sold their stuff for mad cheap. i spent 200 bucks that night. and i mean waaaayyy cheap. i got salomon foil boots for twenty bucks, you could get cbars for twenty or thirty, and my friend got thrusters for 50 bucks. maybe they don't have that sale at every session though, i don't know

It definitely has all of that.
Not as MUCH ski stuff, but it depends what week you go.
And yeah they have a staff sale every session.

well when i went, they definitely didn't have any boots, they had the windells gloves, they had maybe two different kinds of jackets that were some snowboard company, same with pants, they had a lot of hats, and they had the windells backpacks. at sesh 6, at least, there was sooooo much more stuff at the coaches sale, and it was cheaper.

Skis, gloves, boots, jackets, hoodies the whole nine yards, even skateboards in one of their shops.

Peep the website they have a video about the whole camp and at the end they talk about the shops

I would say.  It would give you a chance to get some windells shirts/hoodies, maybe a pair of gloves.  The rest can go to the staff sale, there will be a ton of good stuff there for really cheap.

Last time I went, there was a grenade store in the old gas station by camp, it was really weird, but the shit was cheap and there were a lot of stickers for free.

bring a ton of money, even if you dont spend it on the windells store, you can still spend it on stuff in govy, probably 3 or 4 nights out of the week i was there, me and various other kids and counselors drove around and got food at places and did other stuff

plus, the staff sale is the greatest thing ever, there was so much stuff there, it was pretty much all next years, and it was all super cheap, also, alot of counselors will just have stuff laying around they might sell you, i got my smith I/O goggles for $60 from a counselor on the first day i got to camp

Deff bring cash for the coach/counselor sale. Everything is super amazingly cheap and the later sessions you go to the less of a choice you have but the cheaper everything is because they want to get rid of it. My parents did the credit card thing where they give credit card stuff to the camp and you go in and say your name and they subtract the price from your total that your parents gave you and what is spent in the end of the week is charged to your parents credit card. I had most of my money on that so i sorta missed out on the coaches sale so this year im bringing mostly cash. Store is pretty cheap, not many ski equipment but like tons of apparel and stuff like that. $100 in credit would be enough for probably sweatshirt backpack and some other things

one of my friends went and came back with like 8 hoodies, 2 new boards, new boots, mainly from coaches and weird events like hot dog and donut eating contests... haha, u win more stuff than you can buy, but supposadly you can by a ton of tees and and gloves and stuff, but yeah like the other guys said... its good for buying skate stuff, and... it's windells, half of the kids in america who ski can't afford that place so it's gotta be good, have fun, wish i could go ahah

It has tons of windells gear, like tees and hoodies, but not much else. Bring lots of cash for the staff sale though, because you can get tons of cheap old stuff from the pros
