Stretched ACL

Any tips for recovery...clearly ive been to the doc n had mri, but just wanted to kno if anyone had some added advice.  Peace J

mine is stretched, just dont pull it anymore, and ride a bike alot

Hey Bro,

I have had a stretched ACL all season. The main thing i have done to look after it is making sure i land mostly switch. If i do ever land forward i really make sure i land perfect. Stay away from backseat/awkward landings and you should still be able to ski. I know people that have skied with no ACL, so as long as you ride a bike a lot and work hard at the gym to build up the muscles around your knee you should feel pretty good.

yea it was on a transfer from a street style take off onto one box transfer to another and didnt make the transfer....thanx for the tips doodes...gotta getr strong...got 5 months to do so neways

i feel ya man, i've got the same kinda thing goin on. i agree with everyone else. ride a bike a ton. and if you can go swimming too. that also really good fro strength throughout your body.
