ok, never done the bio, but i'd like to make sure what it is before i try it.
but i heard u start it like a 3 but throw ur outside shoulder down and forward.
i get the impression this puts u on an off axis somersault.
so my question is, is it really like a somersault where ur feet go up and over ur head or do ur feet never actually go over your head?
is it just an off axis 3?
