So my younger brother wants to get a camcorder. He is looking for something around300-400 dollars, what would be his best bet?

for 300 dollars you won't find much. save up and get an hv20 or hv30.

target.com my friend, for 300-400 you could nab a canon handy cam, but i do dslr and not video so just go to target or something
