ok this scumbag has scammed a fuck load of people from his last sale and other seperate deals.... we all brought our shit of him like a month ago, and nothing has shown up... hes not replying to any pms or anything.....
he used our money from the sale to buy a suit of another ns member, but he never gave us our shit....
if anyone knows this fag can they go visit him, i want my dope ass shirt!

I dont understand why someone would donate to this site just to scam people, he also hasnt been on since april 13th so have you guys maybe thought he is on vacation or something? I know that is no excuse to not ship something out for a couple weeks/ months but i could be an option. If there is anyone on this site that knows him personally or lives close to him, can you check to see if he is on vacation or just doesnt have internet access? Sorry for the rantish statement.

on another call out he did the exact same shit... sold it, then fucked off for a month... the thing is, he used the money we paid him to buy a new suit, and aparantly was real legit with the sale... so if he had time to do that, he had time do send our shit

That's absolutely retarded that kids on here would scam other skiers. If you all that had issues with him despute a claim against him on paypal I'm sure paypal will notice a trend and send you $ back then cancel his paypal account

That is absolutely no fucking excuse.

Firstly, he would have known that he was going to be on a vacation/move before he accepted any payment from anyone.

Secondly, just because you are on a vacation/move, does not make it fine NOT to contact people he owes shit to. Internet is pretty fucking easy to come by.

Thirdly, It takes 10 minutes to send a package, 20 minutes to send 10 packages.
I'm sure he didn't accept payment from everyone on the same day and then leave first thing on the day after making it impossible to send items or communicate with people

Going on a vacation/move is no excuse. And at the very least, he should have informed the buyers of his shit before he took payment from them rather than leaving him hanging.

you wait to see if the seller will communicate with you through paypal, or email. If so, you try to resolve it.
If there is no response, you can escalate the dispute to a claim. This means that Paypal contacts the seller and if there is no response in like 10-15 days, your money is refunded by paypal.

.^wow he did the same shit with my bindings. Said he was on vacation and had told somebody else to ship my bindings. 2 months later, he answers my pm's because paypal shut his account down. Fucking bum man. Also he prob drained the money from him account, so paypal can't go after him for that. He's a scam artist

It wont give the money back to anyone, but it will surely prevent others members not to be fucked by him. I know he is probably not the only one to have done this here but... In my mind, any skiers( members) who steal others skiers and doesnt respect the members shouldnt be here. Members are here to help others skier each other by selling stuff , getting stuff cheaper etc... but shouldnt get fucked by repetition by the same guys. this guys definetely doesnt deserve his place here.

Still didn't get my stuff.
After he PM'd everyone etc saying hes shipping out again blah blah [2 weeks ago or w.e] i asked for a refund or either he ship it now, he said refund would be easier.

"i'll send you a check in a few days"

what happened to paypal refund? still no refund either way whether its a check or through paypal. escalating to a claim tonight or so
