Chetlers come in a 183, and "185" jjs are really 183 too. You're in whistler, so you should be getting something longer. I'm 6'1"(tried it last season, probably under 6'1" and 165ish lbs at the time) and I thought that Chetlers skied way too short, should be at least 10cm longer even if you want it as a jib ski IMO. If you're set on the skis made to go both ways, I would get 189 LL2s/One Lifes, because they're stiffer and a bit longer than most of the other skis in that category.
Hellbents are heavy(11.2lbs/pair in 179s(measure 184s), One Lifes are 9.3lbs/pair(189s)) noodles. I hated them, even in pow they weren't anything special. In park they were fun for a run or two then I got borred of them. I haven't skied my LL2s yet but I bet that them being much lighter and stiffer with a better(for park) rocker shape will make me like them a lot more. Bent's softness makes them suck at charging at speed IMO(yes you CAN do it, but that doesn't mean there aren't a ton of other better skis, even some similar to that shape). If you get bents(but don't) the only length to even consider is 189s, if you like heavy noodles.
If you want the best powder skis the only way to go is reverse sidecut though. I didn't get ARGs or Donner Parties when I had the chance because I wanted something longer. Then there was a pair of 202 DPS Lotus 138s(07/08s, they've even been improved since) for sale cheap and I had to buy them(they have a flat sidecut spot underfoot which I thought would even make them better in pow, and are 9.2 or 9.3lbs a pair cause of the carbon fiber). I skied them my first time at Stevens yesterday, and they did great everywhere to my surprise. On groomers theywere actually a ton of fun, and not hard to ski at all. I didn't have any speed trouble on cat tracks that some people complain about(maby just a bit more effort needed) and in spaced out moguls they were easy to ski smearing side to side, no problems. In crud and freshly made powder bumps they charge harder than any other ski I've been on and don't get thrown around at all. And obviously in pow they were amazing, much better than any other ski I've mentioned skiing. If you don't know Stevens, we have a lot of tree skiing and the 202s were easy in trees... and were easy to ski fast in tight spaces. They do even better at steep cliffy areas and drops, which you should be doing if you're living near Whistler. They're like $1200 new, but now there is a bamboo/glass/carbon hybrid(a bit heavier, same shape) or something like that for only $800. Get them, no other ski will compare(I didn't get Praxis Pows because the high angle tip curve at the end(like bents) I thought wouldn't do as well in crud and that's what some people have said.)
