Voleurz size question

I want my ts and hoodies to fit "normal" not big and not tight like a ambercrombie homo.  I am 5 11 and a thin build, about 155.  Would Medium or Large suit me better.  Also do they shrink any in the wash?  Thanks for any help

the stuff that is in the store here fits a lot smaller then their new spring stuff, and the new spring stuff fits big
