Full Tilt Tongue dye

So, I don't know if this would work or not, but I was thinking about dyeing my Full Tilt Booter Tongue. It comes in many colors, I know, but they are hard to find, and since the original tongue is white I figured it would be possible. Any thoughts or ideas on this would be helpful.

it should not effect the boots performance... yes the plastic may soften up when first heated but should cool and redeem same compisition and properties as before

Here check this link out.  It's for inline skate boot parts dying.  They have all kinds of endless colors and effects.  I'm sure this could be done with your full tilts and other ski boots.
