if u buy somthing on e-bay and it turns out being some bitch scamming u does e-bay do anything for u? do they refund it?

Try going to help on the ebay site. I dont reccomend buying anything expencive like skiis off ebay becasue i saw a news article about scamming on ebay and people get away with a lot of shit on there

look at whoever's selling whatever it is and atleast if it is somthing expensive look and make sure they have good feedback and if they don;t have much feedback don't buy it.

Make sure right you check on ebay how to get your money back. If you file a couple forms and wait a while, you will get about %80 of your money back. Ebay tries to make it hard for you though to get your money back by only giving you a certain amount of time to file forms online then making you wait about a month. I think paypal will cover you too. Some guy scammed me about $160 and I got $125 from ebay.
