Replying to Casio G'zOne Boulder help

so i got this phone yesterday and it says that it is water resistant up to a certain amount of feet. pretty cool right? anyway i decided to test it before the 30 day waranty is up so i got a cup of water, checked that all the ports and battery was locked in place and closed, and put the phone in. when i took it out it still worked but there was water under the battery and little drops around the charger port.

does anyone else have this phone and know a way to seal it better or if it is ok for the water to be in there
please help
