When ever i plug my ipod in it says its plugged in and charging but it doesn't show up in itunes. how do i fix this? just restore it?

try restore, then if it keeps giving you problems, call apple, they have amazing support, and if anything theyll send you a box and you send it back to them, then theyll fix it. after 3 major repairs you get a brand spanking new ipod. but this all comes with good persuasion.

My screen shattered, and I tried to return it but they wouldn't let me exchange it so in my mind they are not worth the 300$. Get a shuffle, their so G.
