Fischer's Description:
The Fischer Addict Alpine Ski masquerades as a park-specific board but
secretly crushes it all over the mountain. The fully symmetrical shape
helps you rip switch anywhere and provides effortless swing weight in
the air. The Addict has reinforced edges and durable 25-degree angled
sidewalls that stand up to the abuse of greasing rails and pressing
boxes day after day. Dual-titanal construction and a full wood core
give this ski the flex to hang in the bumps, trees, and steeps when you
take a break from park sessions
Personal Description:
I rode last years Fischer Addicts and they were tons of fun. They are fairly stiff and I used them for mostly all mountain skiing. They charge like non other, even center mounted, I felt really comfortable bombing down the hill. Being symmetrical, they ski switch amazingly and effortlessly. Their stiffness is awesome in the park, they have a ton of pop to them and ollie really well, and they are extremely stable on big landing. They carve really well, and they hold a great edge on ice. they cut through crud and what not. they aren't the best in powder over 6 inches.
The reason I chose not to ride these 2009's is because I have switched up my skiing style, and the symmetrical ski is much more park oriented (although this ski handles anything) and I'm looking for a good big mountain ski.
Price: I'm looking for 245 shipped. They are brand new still in the plastic. I accept paypal (let me know if you want to pay another way).
