so after  months and months of research and waiting, i finally bought a 2010 hyundai genesis coupe

i actually like that car, plenty of power, rwd, and way cheap, normally i hate anything hundai, but it seems like they actualy built a pretty good car. only thing i cant get is buying new car, there are so many sick as fuck cars you can get for 25 grand, m3's, m5's, evo's, b6 s4, rs6, r32 etc... hell you could have an elise for that price!

The fact that you are poo pooing a cat back but praising a turbo timer and intake gives me the idea you know nothing. Anyway, it's still a nice wrx, but keep a grand or so on hand for when something breaks. How many miles does it have?

word, i was reading the enw car & driver, they were comparing the genesis coupe to the 01 stang gt track edition, adn the 370z. it kinda fell inbetween both as far as performancegoes, but for the price it really cant be beat. they were ddriving the 6 abnger track edition.

not anymore, I don't even like Japanese cars but it's pretty well known that Hyundai is making some of the best cars for their price range.

uhhhh, no? cat backs are my faverite next to a turbo back. im saying a cat back doesent to anything but sit there and look/sound good without a downpipe

Dollar for dollar, the Genesis will be a better performer than the Lexus would. The Lexus is a nice car, but it would be comparing apples to oranges really as one is a lux car that costs $10k+ more new than the other.

but i know i could have had so many different cars but to be honest, i love this car.  i love that its an affordable RWD turbo car, that looks gorgeous and has tons of aftermarket support coming its way, i dont car if i could find a used lambo for 25 G's, its just not what i was looking for...

dude thats mad sick. for a 2010 and what u paid id say u got ur self an awesome purchase. the 4 cylinder turbos are qicked fun. i drove a pontiac soltice with a 4 cyl turbo and it sucked me back into the seat during acceleration.

Really? Have you been living under a rock for the last ten years. Your ignorance (as well as all of the other morons posting in this thread) is stunning. Why don't you go use the internets to educate yourself on the goings on in the auto industry as of late. I bet you've never driven a genesis coupe (much less even seen one in person)...so leave your dated auto conceptions behind until you have the basis to form an opinion.

Well first of I have not liven under a rock for the past ten years. Secondly I have seen a Genesis coupe in person and while it is a nice car it still is a hunch of korean shit. Lastly that statement is in no way ignorant because I have driven a Hyundai Elantra which was the shittiest car I have ever driven. The car in no way compares to any decently built car. The ignition was fucked up within months which resulted in many cold weather push starts in front of my high school. Hyundai sucks end of story.

And btw I HIGHLY doubt that you have driven a Genesis either because the car only arrived in the united states in February.
