Im wonderin if 175 jjs would be to small for someone who is 5'8 160 pounds and a type 3  skier. ++k

My girl rides them in a 75 and shes 5'9" and 145, type 2+/3 skiier

I ski them in a 85 and I'm 5'10, 180, 3+

They do ski shorter for sure. I would love a 195 sometimes.. They ski about 10-15cm shorter than a reg twin... Just depending on your personal preference... I would recomond the 75 on your weight, but not sure what leght your on right now...

If you're a decent skier you should definitely go with the 185.

they ski really short, if they made a 195 jj i would definitely get it and i'm 5'10

cant decide bump. I have a really good deal waiting for me to pull the trigger on some 175s. But if its not worth it i dont think i should anymore opinions.

should be the correct size man if you are still growing and ride major pow maybe go 85
but i would strap the 75's

if your gonna wanna charge more, you might wanna go 85. if your gonna be in the trees more, and want more maneuverability (fuck yeah i spelled that right first try) go with the 75

will the 175's be too small to charge with at all or will i be able to just to a lesser level. cause i do a little of both. Although i will be usin the jj's at a resort alot to so i dont neccesarily need to charge there. I guess i just answered my own question.

I am 5ft8in and 155-165 (depends how much beer i drank the night before) I have the 175jj.  I love then, there the perfect size.  I use them as my primary ski. (pow, groomers..etc..).  I am glad I went with that size. There easy to ski the trees with also.  You can throw them around very well.  I say the 185 would be too big for me.

My friends like 5'3, 5'4, 100lbs, and he has 175 JJs.  They work great and he loves them.  You might think about 185s if you want em for pow

If you want to get your skiing to the next level, go 185, no question. I have the 175s at 5'3" and can't say enough good things about em, they charge all around

just going to hop on this thread. I'm 6ft2 175, If I skied on the west I know I would need at least a 185 but I'm on the east and most of the pow I see lie in tight trees. would the 175 be ideal for this or would it still be way too short?
