Dude i make the best shit with my dad. first go to the buchr and get it cut thin.
then what i did is cut up jalapano peppers really fine and spread it one with steak spice! its admazing
tip just incase you dont know. when you put it in the oven your not baking it. you just drying it out. thats what most people make the mistake on is they put the temp way to high. make the temp around 120-135. let it sit and check every once in a while.
