Full Tilt boots question

Alright so I don't have the luxury of having a store nearby where i can try on the hot dogger or the booter.  The booter is cheaper and the question I have is will the booter have too much flex? Like uncomfortably flexy?  I ski 99% park 1% groomers.

i STRONGLY reccomend u don;t buy boots, espicially these boots, online.

^^this. im a hipocrite though. i ordered them then went to a boot fitter before i came just to get a shell fit for my old boots to see if i fucked up on sizing. he told me i wouldnt fit and theyd be too narrow and too long, but i fit into them fine. go to any ski shop around you and try on different boots. if you fit into spks, you wont fit into full tilts. try on dalbellos, if you fit into those you might fit into full tilts.

Not true, I fit in SPKs and Dalbellos, and Fulltilts. I wouldnt call the fit of the SPK nice though. The tilts are a narrower boot esp when co mpared to the spk, although with some good bootwork, its can be made to fit just about any foot.

Ok that is great to hear.  Everyone is always saying how you should never buy boots online cuz they won't fit. I bought a pair of lange's cuz they were cheap online and they fit great.   I'm pretty sure I'm getting full tilts now hah.  It just so happens that will wesson, andy parry, and tom wallisch all fit into full tilts?  Cuz they definetly have the same exact foot shape right? I don't believe it.  I bet that I fit into SPKs Dabellos and Full tilts.

Of course there is! But if I have a boot that my foot slips into and I can ski in without pain then why look further.

Well you cant tell if you are ordering the right size though. You could easily end up with a boot that is too tight, or a boot that is a size or 2 too big. I was referring the the width issus.

Keep in mind too that boots can be made bigger relativly easily, but it is very hard, to make a boot smaller.

if you want a boot that just "works" then go ahead and take a chance online.
or you got up some old rental boots for $25
but anyone will tell you that it is worth it to get fitted.  ski boots are like casts.  you don't want a cast that is too wide, even though it "works"

get fitted or be prepared to send them back.

i ordered to pairs of full tilts one my size and one a size down and i just returned the one that didnt fit. the one equivalent to my shoe size fit great

I bought full tilts from the internet and they fit perfectly. I just took em to a fitter after. Its not ideal doing it that way but if there isn't a store near you then their isn't much choice. And once you use full tilts for a bit you're never going to want anything else.
