Need help on a decision

ok so i am 16 and i am buying this truck no matter what. its a ford ranger 2001 supercab only 60k miles. book value is $6k i am gonna be getting it for $3200. here is my delima. dont get my licens till august. i only have about 2k right now and with my shitty ass job i only get 1 to 2 days a week my max pay check is $100. i am desperatley looking for a job so should find something better soon. now my aunt all of a sudden wants it gone asap. so my problem is i only have 2k. should i ask her if i can give 2k now and pey the rest off? so ill owe her. or my dad said he would buy it now and then i would owe him. i dont know what do do.

Hmmm..I'm not sure what's the problem but if you can you're better off owing money to ur dad than to your aunt I think...

i dont trust either of them that it wont turn into a huge IOU and i wouldn't be able to get proff of sale from my aunt so i could be screwed over on price

in my experience...  dads are always easier to pay off than ANY female member of the family...  sorry females, you always seem to be more bitchy about money getting paid back.  i mean, my dad can get dickish about reminding me, but my mom, aunt, or grandmother will ride me the day after they give me the loan and everyday after until i pay them back.  my dad will at least give me a couple weeks first.  most of my friends dads are the same way.  ask for the loan from your dad.

i owed my mom $600 once. it sucks knowing that you cant spend any money for a long ass time until you pay em back

My parents are the opposite they borowed $500 from me when the ATM was down on the mountain and won't pay it back haha

Why don't you just ask one of them to lend you the extra grand, then you'll only owe one of them a grand? you've over complicated things way too much.
