Uh, I'm pretty sure they saw it coming. How else do you get tied to an anchor? The article also says they "begged for their lives"

Killing him is not the solution.  Your all just hyped up on emotion.  Killing him for murdering someone just breeds a culture of violence and acceptance for that violence.  Send him to prison.

homie was in a single episode of the show, pretty much as an extra, in 1994.

hes 29 now.  meaning he was 14 when he was on the show.  meaning he likely played a 9 year old, according to normal casting guidelines.

why? why keep him alive? that would be wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of his life. just inject the fucker and get rid of his body. i mean, there's NO chance he'd ever get out on parole, so why go through the trouble of keeping him alive? at this point, he's a number, he's a piece of meat... he's not a human being, he's an expensive pain in the ass. cut costs and just get rid of him forever. he's not worth keeping alive.

just some food for thought. i think that the dp, isn't a deterent in murder. most people that are going to kill, won't hesitate because they might face death.  I am sure executions might bring solice to some famlies of victims.   It's a bad defense to say the death penalty is cheaper than housing murders. In my opinion they should release non violent drug offenders , to make room for the killers and rapist, to sit in that shitty rat cage and let their conscience do the work. (if conscience is present)

yeah, i can dig up some sources.  What is really being said, is the trials are what cost much more for a death penalty case. Not the actual injection/chair/hanging/firing squad (anyone know if utah still shoots?)
I used to study criminal justice and have heard tons of figures and arguments from both sides.
I know a lot of the trial cost is in setting up a bomb proof prosecution in order to deter the appeals process (witch is extremely flawed in my opinion, and ties up way too much court time and expense).
I am just trying to point out that the argument is a moral one, and not a financial one. This has been a hot button topic in America for years along with abortion. I will p.m. you if i get a chance to find that source again. I just did a quick google search knowing that I would find some kind of data.  I am sure the site I was on was some pro-human rights site like amnesty international.
I do invite you to research the topic, very interesting, but I don't want to post more in fear of a flame war.

rigtht above you. i dont know to much about law. but i know he could plead insanity if he were to serve all that time in jail, and get out into a different correctional facility, and im not positive, but im assuming he could do that for death? if not, then good. kill him
