Chick Advice (help from the ladies too)

So Im at the point where I'll take a good old flaming for the chance at some good advice.

So basically have a friend thats a girl I like her alot but she likes me as a friend. We've gone on a few slightly more than friend dates but shes not into it yet. Is there anything I can say or do to be more appealing. Like idk I prob shouldnt be posting this
