ok, honestly, i REALLY didnt want to make this thread, but i feel like i really have to right now, at the end of january i shipped wilcox 60 bucks for a pair of holden pants, he said he got the money at the begining of february, he said he tried to ship them but they always ended up coming back to his house, i asked him if he had been mixing up the addresses and shipping them to himself, and from what i can tell, or at least thats what he said, that was at the end of february/early march, he has answered pm's and on AIM, but now he isnt answering them, and keeps making up excuses, and im pretty sure ive been scammed and im pissed because i sold my pants to buy these ones, he fucked me over

if anyone else besides jaylib (hes already helped), can help me by contacting him if you know him, that would be greatly appreciated

Never good to hear this type of thing - did you send physical cash in the mail to him?

How could someone possibly be so retarded to ship an item to themselves? I would probably rule that out as a possibility.

This same sort of thing happened to my friend a few months ago.
I doubt he mixed up the addresses, he might have just had the package returned to him because he either:

1. Wrote the address incorrectly on the package. (Probably)

2. The buyer gave him the wrong address. (Doubtful)

Anyways, free bump and I truly hope you get your stuff, getting ripped off blows.

Did you get his phone number?

Speak to tophusmaximus, according to his feedback, they did a trade a while ago so maybe he can put you in contact with him

Or someone who skis sunday river may know him, so perhaps make a post in the regionals

talked to tophusmaximus, he said it just took a little while i think, i talked to jaylib, he said that my address is invalid, according to wilcox, but im 100% positive its not, ive checked like 40 times to make sure my address is right, he must be writing it down wrong or something, my shit is right, hes not keeping me updated at all, i have to pm or send him a message everytime, and its some new excuse everytime

the kids is legit. i know him he sent it priotity mail 2 times and it got sent back and he also got the address corrected 2 times.

if he keeps failing at the address....type it exactly as it should be in an email so he can print it off, tape it to the box and then send you a picture of the package. This is getting pretty ridiculous how many people apparently have no concept of how to to business. If you are going to sell something, follow through and send it!

this happened to me too. i ordered  some LDC pants from somebody not gonna say any names. he said that he shipped it, and a week later i contacted him because i hadn't gotten my product. apparently on my paypal i had the address set up wrong so they sent the pants back to him. then he tried sending them again (to the right address) and two weeks later i contacted him again asking where they were and he said that they sent them back to him. so i was just like fuck this ill go buy some somewhere else and just asked for my money back, but seems he took off and left with it...im pretty pissed.

Where the hell do you get off calling him a pussy? Do you honestly think you're perfect or something? Get off your high horse and contribute with something other than negativity. Sure, he needs to ship them, but that doesn't mean you have to rally around the kid and throw rocks at him.

I'm actually at school right now, I go to the same high school as Chris, and I'll probably see him this period. I'll ask him about it. If he has them, I'll ship them for him, and I'll just have him reimburse me later. He's not a kid that does stuff like this intentionally.

People (not the thread creator) need to understand that despite the fact we're between a wall of computer screens, there are still people behind them. And what is the one thing that us humans know how to do? Make mistakes. So, I will do my best to help the situation out, and Wilcox, who is (I'm sure) sorry about the ordeal, will eventually come through with the transaction.

I think we all need to just chill out. If he has them today, I'll go to the post office personally.

so you should understand when it takes over two months to ship a package? thats rediculous, if it comes back once you ask the post office what happens cuz if its that big he would have had to go pick it up...its really not rocket science and it would have been to him a month ago, if u had no pants since january ud be pissed to. thats not a little mistake its a really stupid one to do it multiple times and the kid deserves to get some rocks thrown at him

nah i did a trade with him earlier this year, i dont even live in teh same state as him.

to east^ i went ot bump your karma btu ti was already at 10 haha, mad legit of you to take some action.

and my trade went ucessfully with wilcox. he shipped first, tehn i did, he seemed super legit, hopefully this gets sorted out. i think tis the 2nd callout thread of recent on wilcox.

Even if everyone had good intentions here, I just don't see how it's possible for these things to happen..

I would have sent or received over 100 packages internationally and I have never had a problem unless I was the buyer and the seller was intentionally screwing me over.

It's good to hear that people (chris's mates) are helping out over this and trying to remedy the situation, because NS should be a place where members can have confidence in dealing with each other..Although there will never be 100% transparency and trust with dealings via a website, I would like to think that a very very high percentage of established NS members are legitimate
