Differences between Salomon Dumont 08 and 09.

I'm currently skiing on a pair of 08 Salomon Dumonts which I have absolutely loved. However, i'm looking for a new similar pair since they are completely battered now. Having read up on this season dumont ski i've discovered that the have changed the shape and the core of the ski. Is there anyone out there who could tell me how differently the 08 Dumont and the 09 Dumont ski? If not could you recommend a ski which is very similar to the 08 Dumonts?

im not 100% sure but i think the 09s they just redid everything especially with the edge armor and stuff that doesnt really work

i have no experience with either
but people say 08's are on of the best park skis you can get, and 09's fall apart really easily and are a completely different ski.

i've heard he used the 08 model for like 3 years in a row. so they have been the same since 05/06 or something. (correct me if i'm wrong please)

And the salomon skis this season have had a lot of bad stuff happen to them, at least the first bunch they made. I would go with the 08 pair if i were you.

the last post also reminded me. i think dumont even uses the 08 bases just changed the look of the top sheet for the skis he uses for 09. if you know what i mean, so he has 08  Dumonts with a 09 Topsheet because that right there should tell you that 08 is better than 09 if he doesnt even use it.
