I just started to umpire ages 5-6 7-8 and it is the funniest shit ever. some know what they are doing but most dont and they just make it more fun bc you have stuff to laugh at.
Also the kids are a younger age and they have young moms and some are such milfs. the best part about it is that i get $10 a game which takes about an hour.
