Smoking weed while on Loritab?

So yesterday I had knee surgery, and i'm currently taking Loritab for a pain killer. I was wondering if i could light up without anything bad happening?

Your probably chill, weed doesn't seem to have adverse effects with any drug really.

Might lower your blood pressure. Loritab lowered mine as well as smoking does. Then again I had heart surgery so I might be completely different than everyone else.

ive smoked after ankle surgery, and the day after i had pretty serious concussion and the herb did nothing but good.
