Ok Im a massive Grilled Tuna fan. If you guys cook at all try this

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup Orange Juice

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp fresh, chopped parsley

juice of half a lemon or lime

Mix it all together, marinate your tuna steaks in that stuff for about an hour, grill high heat, 3 min a side for medium well. Absolutely delicious. I think about it and my mouth waters. Best part is its mad easy to make and prep takes all of 5 min.

that little one all the way on the right still looks kinda polar bearish.  the rest look like devil bears from hell or something.  like they fought with the spartans in 300 and were the only ones to survive.

mmmmmmmhhmm that sounds delicious. usually whenever i get tuna steaks i go with the blackened tuna.

  
all you need is butter, cajun seasoning and a really hot stove. outside grills work best because there is lots of smoke.

 coat the tuna steaks with butter and cajun seasoning.

 get out your cast iron pan throw a little oil in there. set it over some hot coals on your outdoor grill. and let it get nice and hot

then slap that tuna steak down and watch them sizzle!  cook to prefrence  i usally do a few minutes each side.

The Porkgasm

Bacon strips, bacon sausage, ham sausage, ham slices, smoked pork sausage and roasted pork belly surrounded by ground sausage shaped into a pig, wrapped in bacon and roasted. Garnished with chili ears and tail.

Ok first of all little girl its called beer can eagle. Its when I stick a can of beer up an eagles ass and marinate it with that.

Second of all I prefer beer can chicken and that is part of my culture. If your feelings are offended by what my family cooks at every party they have then you can go cry in a ditch or something because I don't care.
