I thought that he had tweaked his knee before JOSS forcing him to pull out of team France and thus team Europe was created, but apart from that I have not heard any other updates

Oh yeh I forgot about that! could be what he was talking about. I would be gutted if candide went out big style again, his videos get me so stoked to ski!
