DIN settings

I'm 6', 215 and ride 178's, my din is on like 5 i think, but they release way to easy and it pisses me off. Anybody have any insight on what i should set it as?

6' 215?
Depending on ur skiing ability it should b somewhere between 9 for a beginner and 12 for expert
im 5'10 175 expert skier and i ride with my dins on 13 or 14

yeah man, definately around 10. i am at 10 and i weigh a little less than you and ski really aggressive. change it up.

You are a big kid. My 140lb gimp assed brother's shop setting is 6. I ride at 8.5 for park and I'm 6' 160lb. I still come out alot, but only when I need it.

why don't you use the chart so you don't get F*&CkED. If you don't know what the chart is may I suggest taking them to someone who does???

After hauling off over 20 ACL, MCL, and TORQUED ankles every year...I would suggest using the right DIN setting. It's not a 'guess', it's a science.

there is no way in hell that anybodys din should be set over 10, unless you are doing crazy downhill racing. If you have to set your din that high, your bindings suck. Go get a pair of Look or Rossi bindings, set them between 7 and 10 (7 if you are smaller, 10 if you are bigger)and you will be all set.
