switch 180 is so natural just let it flow. zero spins are hard to keep clean. juist dont look over your shoulder as much so you dont spin. its easiest tograb saftey.

for zeros work your way up, dont try it off your biggest jump, its all in the head position and for the grab its lower body rotation keeping your shoulders motionless

This site is starting to mature from the people who used to flame you if you couldnt do a 540+. But thats pretty much what I can do, (working on 360) but if you put a safety in them it keeps you more balanced and makes you look a lot smoother.

just go for what you feel. alot of stuf comes natural you just have to try it out and see what happens. i stil cant do very smooth zero spins. it takes time to get it down good.

The only major difference in doing these two is that for the 180 you're looking over your shoulder and letting your body follow. You should naturally rotate as you're already looking over your shoulder at the lip when you go into the air. I like to grab to whatever side I'm spinning, but opposite grabs can look so sick with practice. Just keep it fluid and smooth; 180 degrees is very little and the whole style factor in my opinion is in how slow the spin is.
For zero spins I usually look over my shoulder until right before I come off the lip. Then when I'm in the air I go for an uncrossed mute. It's just preference, but I think uncrossed is the way to go when you aren't spinning. You can look over your shoulder once you are in the air and spot your landing, but if you start to spin just adjust by tweaking your grab the opposite of the way you're spinning a little.

I think the key to a zero is one simple thing:
Don't panic.

Zero spins are easy shit man, the hardest part is just making them look clean. All you do is line up with the jump, look forward and just give it a go.

zero's are damn scary at first, but once you get the hang of them they are so much fun! Keep working hard and you'll get it more and more each jump you do.
