so its looking like im allergic to gluten, got a doctors apt to confirm it next monday.
out of nowhere i just started breaking out in hikes and having trouble breathing, roommate made the connection to food.
what sucks is im already almost a vegan (dont eat meat cause i got food poisoning when i was little and decided at age 8 to never eat meat again, if i do eat meat now its not fun. eggs weird me out. and milk just tastes nasty after drinking soy milk for years /is nasty with all the hormones pumped into it) etc etc etc,
anyways i was wondering if anyone knows what the hell i'm to do? i went to my local grocery store and shopping is really confusing now because im not sure if some things will cause a reaction or not? anyone know of any gluten free food other than veggies and fruit? haha
god i miss Auntie Annes Bunny crackers already :(
any idea if this willl go away as suddenly as it started or just get worse?
