So i went into my garage to look for stuff to make a bong and i stumble upon a 6 x 12 tresure chest box

and viola!

about an O, papes, bowls, cuters, lighters

so i took about 2 g

so now i smoke free

questiion is does any of your rents burn and any comments on this?

like honestly, dont fucking hate on religion. i dont care if your atheist and i dont care about your opinion on what I believe in. i dont talk shit about you because you dont believe in a god. what happens if you're wrong and i'm right? its not like your going to convince me to change my beliefs

whatever dude, I'm sure there are more pressing things in your life that you could be worrying about besides the god-freaks that are obviously attempting to subvert your existence. I'm not religious at all, and frankly, I really don't believe in a higher being and I feel that praying and such things are a bit hokey and foolish, but I understand just how incredibly important those things can be in a whole lot of people's lives. I can adhere to my own beliefs and even voice those beliefs when necessary, but there's no real reason to attack someone over it. It's just a waste of breath, because in the end, they will stick with what they believe and relish the fact that such futile hate doesn't govern their actions.

my brother smokes, my mom and dad used to smoke i am pretty sure, i don't (at least yet). Just tell your dad you know and it isn't a big deal, say u have smoked and he might be cool about it. if you get grounded  for some crazy reason just say to yourself that, it is a harmless drug that won't destroy a family but make it better. Thats what i always thing about.

i get you, and i get that faith can be important to some people. i just don't see how telling someone that they are going to hell can be acceptable. the whole concept of being so afraid of something that you can tell other people how to live their lives pisses me off. i know religion is based on the opposite of hate, but that's exactly what it fuels.

well fuck, why don't they use the bible in history lessons then? i mean, i've gone to catholic schools my entire life and they still use those lousy inaccurate history books written by those inaccurate historians.

this is the kind of shit i'm talking about. what a fucking ridiculous comment to make, and then follow it up with "do your homework." you show me a fucking source for what you just said, don't try to trick me into spending 3 hours looking for it.

Actually, the Dead Sea Scrolls prove that alot of the Old Testament is accurate.

This is what I don't understand. Most people like to say that the Bible is fiction and such. I don't think they know that the Bible isn't supposed to be taken 100% literally. Do Christians really believe that there were 2 people named Adam and Eve. No, of course not. It is simply a story, not meant to be taken literally. There names probably weren't Adam and Eve. Did Moses really die at the age of 120? Highly unlikely. Was Jonah really swallowed by a whale? Probably not. Its a story with a message.  

You have to remember that the people who wrote the bible had different concepts of time and things like that, so its not meant to be taken literally. Moses may not have lived to be 120, but he probably lived for a long time compared to the average person in his time.

Dont steal his weed thats not legit, id be pissed if my old man stole my weed its all about sharing, iv smoked with both my folks, got a funny story about the first time i smoked with my dad. We were at a family type deal thanksgiving desert party at one of my dads friends place, and yeah VTjibber this is in vermont. So the local librarian comes up to me

Librarian: So, josh, do you smoke weed?
Me: Uhhhh...ummmmm...welllll...i mean occasionally
Librarian: Do you wanna smoke?
Me: Oh not shit yeah sure!
(Joint starts going around all my dads buddies and me, dad walks into the room as im taking a hit)
Dad: Josh! im missing out pass that over here!
Me: Haha hell yeah dad!

i never said it was. theres not really a way to prove if it is historically accurate. and i dont think its plagiarism so much as its just some guys agreeing on one story. its like that broken telephone game, once you get to like the 6th person, the meaning is completely distorted. i'm sure every person who lived during those times had their own personal recollection of what happened.

i think it is more just the saying. kids will toss it out, and no one, probably myself included would take a step back, and consider their comments meaning, to a deeper level. you learned it in grade school, and now the name is associated with everything, except for the literal meaning.

If you're going to take to the idea that the bible is fiction, shouldn't YOU have some basis for that belief?

Many unbiased scholars have done the research into the validity of the works in the bible. Other documents (dead sea scrolls for one) attest to the accuracy of the book. There is also no other historical book with as many 'witnesses', or coinciding accounts of events to have taken place.
It is very accurate, before you (or anyone else, since my comment was clearly not even directed toward you, and you just felt like jumping in for the heck of it) go slandering any historical document, I would suggest doing your homework.

Sir Frederic George Kenyon - once director of the british museum, and scholar.
You could start there.

considering the fact that the dead sea scrolls are biblical hebrew documents, i wouldn't be surprised to find that they agree with the bible.

and stop telling me to do my fucking homework. how about you just give me a source. don't send me on a wild goose chase. although, i will admit that in an attempt to find any evidence of what you're saying, the Book of Mormon turned out to be internationally considered more accurate than the Bible. cute.

dude i agree with krob, religion has been a huge part of my life but every single person is entitled to a choice in their belief and i believe that alot of missionary work is good but if you go to a starving village in south america and say, he learn about jesus and we will modernize you or dig you a new well, then they will take this offer, cause hell they need a new well but cant do it their selves. ii believe that it creates a ton of hate. yes its accurate to some point, nothing. nothing is perfectly accurate. and plagerization is just the way of progression, the first bible wasnt in english it was king james (not sure but im pretty posotive) so they had to translate to english and translate more, parts were lost just like history has been lost. and i seldomly believe that by argueing about the dead sea scrolls and who is more accurate where they sourced you are just gonna fuel each others fires in till your nothign but asses (ashes) so just leave his opinion to him and you take yours, this wasnt even a religious thread, its about some douscher thinkn cause his dad makes money cause he worked his ass off in college its alright to steal his dads weed. well hes a dick. and in personal experience religion/politics/sex(choice)/and a few others are just stuff you dont need to bring up on ns or in general cause everybodys opinions vary sooo much.

and dbag who was trolling earlier, 'atleast im not going to hell' wasnt needed but im sure your "super" relgious so go and explain to me why he's going to hell now? dick

as for my dad im pretty sure if i ever caught him smoking anything it would be the day the earth stood still, my dad is one of those guys that didn't try any shit in college and he always gives me shit when he catches me for doing shit that he has no fucking clue about...and if i did find my dads stash i would totally jack some

Accurate?? so im guessing these people analyzing the bible were alive at the time it was written right??? o wait i guess not cuz they are all dead.  the bible was written so long ago that it is in my opinion foolish to believe it. also it wasn't even written in english at first.  it was written in hebrew or w.e. and then translated.  the point i make....well lets see....     http://www.engrish.com/  note how many examples of translation errors are on this site, these are amateur mistakes on that site obvi but my point is how does one know for sure that the translator of the bible was 100% correct in what he/she translated?????  I also seem to recall that a good part of the bible was written hundreds of years later about the happenings passed on by word of mouth.......does sound accurate to me in all ways.  in my opinion and thinking logically something that old will get fucked up sooner or later

Tons of parent smokers around here.

Smoked with my best friends mom for years....

But yeah, they either have shitty ass weed, or super good weed. People old either have THE connection or the worse connection haha.

Parents smoke, don't use it against them. Just be like dad I respect it, and I find this to be a suitable hobby.


It's when kids find their parents stash and then it seems like a bad influence on the kids and BLAH FUCKING BLAH.

mine did for sure, he jokes around about it and never fully admits it, but like, me and my brothers have seen pictures and all that, and he jokes about it a ton. my uncle went on a cruise and stopped in amsterdam like a year ago, hes in his late 50s, and he showed us a picture of him smoking and broght back the packaging (it looked like toy packaging) of the joint he bought. it was pretty funny to see.
