there was a protest going on and he was walking home from work and a cop just pushed him down...ten minutes later he died.

if you hit your head, it can kill you even if it isnt very hard.
the chances are slim, but if you hit the right place and blah blah blah, it can kill you.


this is a lot like that one celebrity who died skiing at Tremblant, cuz she was walking and talking in between the time she fell and the time she died. and she just fell and hit her head on the snow.

sometimes when you hit your head if it's hard enough and in the wrong spot you can die a little later

that is no excuse to push him down.
you aren't really supposed to touch anyone, let alone forcefully touch someone unless your line of duty calls for it.
if you were to take his elbow and push him along, that is acceptable.
not just truck him over.

too bad he never did anything wrong. they could have walked around him. anybody who doesn't think that shove was unnecessary is an idiot, the man could have had a hurt leg or something, nobody has the right to tell you how fast to walk in public.

the thing is considering we dont know the real story behind what he was doing.. we cant make assumptions that he didnt do anything wrong/ wasnt being unnecessarily difficult

there definitely are reasons why they could have pushed him.

this guy would still be alive if he had the sense to step out of the way. You have no idea that this fall killed him either, there are 10 billion different reasons for why he could have died. He could have had a fucking heart attack or an embolism. Its real easy to blame a death on that fall, but really, you have no idea what happened. Thats like saying that someone who died from a heart attack reading really died from reading.
