-cross training like mountain biking or rollerblading is good.

-hit the gym and work out your core and legs (and the rest of your body too)

-run, do cardio at the gym

-swimming is great

-stretch like a mofo

-hit the tramps or your local gymnastics club for some foam pit fun

dude this is fucking freeskiing. we are lazy assholes who like smoking weed and sitting on our asses. dumont is probably the only freeskier on the face of the earth who trains. but if you are looking for a sport to replace skiing in the summer, then skateboard. some other people might tell you to fruitboot, but that doesnt do shit and its gay as fuck.

get outside! Play Baseball, Go Biking, Kayak, get a physical job..... this is not hard.... i fall out of shape during the winter, definitely not the summer.
