Fighting in school

I am just wondering how strict my school is with fighting because we get a ten day suspension, a $500 fine and a court date. what is the punishment for fighting in your school?

Court? Fines? What the fuck? Just don;t get caught in a fight if you do, I've never gotten in any shit from a fight, mostly because I've never been caught, and the other person is afraid to tell. So I can't really help you.

there was a fight at my school today at lunch

im guessing my friend alex got a week suspension or so but i donno yet

no idea about the other kid since he didnt really throw and punches

If your involved in a fight in my school even if you stand there and dont throw a punch you get suspended. Minimum 3 days but usually like 5 or so and almost always the cops get involved and shit like that

depends on the circumstances for my school
1 day out of school suspension for on school grounds after school hours
2 day out of school suspension for both students if its in school or 1 day in school

I got decked in the face last year by a fat black kid during class and I have a slight temper problem and hit him 3 times in the face although I got nothing my school is racist as hell

I got in 2 fights with the same kid. We both got a half day in school suspension. I was surprised I got off so easily.

i went to a state school, there used to be like 6 fights a week, it was so intense...then there was this one fight where my mate knocked this dude out cold, and it got onto youtube and then onto the news because of this... so my school was like, right anyone caught in a fight will be instantly expelled, from there i only saw one more fight in like a year and a half and it was between some litle 13 year olds... but they got let off coz there were more tears than punches

he was being an asshole, and no one liked this kid at the time. so i pantsed him (just shorts, not boxers) and he punched me in the cheek and i punched him in the mouth/nose
,
i got lucky that i only got one day, and he did too. i should have gotten atleast one for the pansting, then since i made him draw blood and what not, i probably should have gotten 2 or 3 maybe, but they specifically said they dont do it based on whos injured worse

Three kids in my grade got expelled for a fight a couple of years ago.
The school wasn't on school grounds and wasn't during school hours.
However one kid filmed the thing and put it on youtube with the schools name in the title and eventually the admin found it. So this guy was one of the three that got expelled and he wasn't in the fight.
Then our vice-principal came and gave a lecture to each of the classes in our grade because apparently there were some "inappropriate comments" written in response to the youtube vid.
The fight was a joke too...
