snowbasin got some crazy pow days   but all the rocks werent barried yet....    and i ended up runnning into one  ahahah  stupid me i know ..   and i just barley went to the doctor today to get it checked out   and it turns out ive been skiing on a broken knee cap !!   i have to get surgery in a couple weeks    it sucks!!!!

really?  cause i blew up on a gap to box bad about a month ago and my knee swoll up huge and still does with activity, but i've been skiing on it like 10 times since then and it doesnt hurt too bad.  the patella just feels really uneven wher i hit.

what were your symptoms?

lol I had a similar incident at Alta. I tore cartilage between my ribs, it has been 4 weeks and still hurts like a bitch.

i went to my family doctor the week it happened and they said i just banged it really bad and it will be fine.     and it wasnt getting better so i got and appointment with a specialist  and ya broke it down the middle!!!

I broke my leg a few years back, then had to go in for surgery after it had healed because my growth plate got messed up. When I went back the doctor took some xrays and he asked me if I had broken my leg before the first incident, and I told him no. But apparently I had fractured both bones in my right leg previous to my first injury and I didnt even know it, I thought it was just a bad bruise when I did it

i tore my acl and meniscus in febuary but they told me that nothing was wrong then skied a few more times and then i went to the docter begining of april and found out it was my acl and meniscus now im getting surgury on april 29th
