How did u ask or hve been asked to prom?

wonderin what creative ways you hve done

this year i asked a good friend and everyone calls her ginger kid cuz shes got red hair so i made a giant ginger bread cookie that said prom on it, she loved it and so did everybody else

i got a giant ass box and put a bunch of helium balloons in it, on all the balloons i wrote "pop me", one of them had a note inside saying PROM? she opens the box and EPIC FAIL! .......she has a rly rly high ceiling....

was skiing backcountry w a couple buddies and this girl i was planning on asking. we seshed this jump for awhile then i said i was goin back to the car. i stomped out "prom?" and when they were finished hitting the jump she saw it and all was good

last year, my boyfriend and his friend wrapped a HUGE box up really pretty and put it on my doorstep. the friends rang the doorbell while my boyfriend was inside. i opened the door to find this HUGE box there but before i could open it, my boyfriend popped out in a tux with roses and asked me to prom. it was really cute. i said yes. of course. :)

My date brought me to a playground and we had a picnic and he made cookies that spelled out ball? but me being the idiot I am I didn't even notice until he had to tell me. It was awesome I never had a guy do something creative like that for me so we deff had a good senior ball!

I was actually skiing with the girl (wasn't technically my g/f) but i knew she liked me and i was begining to like her,  we were going up the lift just me and her and I said :
Me: If I beat you down you have to go to prom with me
Her: OK!!!

She then proceeded to go about 2 mph down the hill. That was then I knew she wanted to go with me lol

i just asked the ladyfriend at the time.

but to everyone saying theyd rather not go and its a waste of money etc... take my word for it you should go! its fun, its tradition, its easy, and there are great parties afterward. if you dont have someone you want to go with just ask a lady friend to go with you, you wont regret it!

My ex girlfriend at the time liked the Kenny Chesney song... I GO BACK. In the song it talks about a blanket a girl and some wine; on the 50 yard line. So i told the football coach he was cool with it gave me the keys for the night. and i asked her as we were looking at the stars.

This girl that I was kinda with figured we were going to prom. Unfortunately for her by the time she said anything about it, it was too late for her to get another male date. I was going to the memorial day rail jams at windham and bellaire that day which was way better than actual prom.

Lucky for me I made it back home in time to shower and go out to the after parties. She was dates with one of her friends, also an attractive girl. We all hooked up.

so instead of paying for a limo, a tux, and two tickets...
I went to 2 rails jams, payed for gas to get there, my brother won a pair of skis, and I fooled around with both girls anyway.

My friend made this girl a shirt that had a bunch of guys names in washable marker, and his in permanent.  On the back it said "Prom?" and "Wash me".  So when she washed the shirt only his name would show up and she knew who really did ask her.  It's such a cute idea.

we were friends, so it worked. Damn good thing too, because i wasn't sure if i could've gone through with killing us both in a fiery wreck

In my AP Calc class, we were playing with play-doh and the person i was asking had that same teacher next class, so i made a heart with the play-doh and left it on her desk. After the next class i went to her locker and she gave me a big hug and said yes. The next night i asked her to be my girlfriend and she also said yes.

Wow, some of these are ridiculous. Props for doing something like that. Is prom one of those things that you ask a girl you might not know, but think is hot/nice/etc.? My grad was like going with your best girl friend, super chill.

I guess prom only really happens in the US, eh?

mine was  pretty simple but easy.

buy a flower from somewhere, single rose, or whatever. Bring it to school and if you have an in ( or if you dont ) with the secretary's, sign a little note on the flower and have it delivered during one of her classes. works well i must say

Already posted this once before tonight so I'll go ahead and kick it off for this year. This is how I asked my girlfriend to prom last year. Our anniversary was right before prom, so I used our anniversary as a good reason to both make this video and ask her to prom.
