How does line measure their skis?

I heard that lines run about 4cm long, is this true? is it because they measure it differently etc?

id think, being that the metric system is universal, that either they have monkeys doing it or they dont measure differently.

ive heard the same..but i think it was like 2cm off...its doesnt matter any way if u get invaders or anthems center mount they feel smaller..
