Hey I'm planning on getting some line anthem's and they come in 161 and 171. I am about 5'7, 150. I have only skied once, so I am a beginner. I plan on riding park with them after I get the swing of things. I want the 161's because ill be riding park but all mtn. as well. Im probably going to outgrow the 161's real quick but I feel the 171's might be to big. So what size should I get? Does anyone know how they the anthems do all mtn. also?
171 for sure. If you're planning on skiing all mtn, you might reconsider what ski you're getting. Take a look at the Surface Watch Life 170; also pretty buttery, super fun in the park, but way better outside of it.
that ski is made to be centered
whoever mounted those cant know to much
alteast about twinss
my shop wont let you mount them anywhere else.
or strongly advises not to to be correct. very strongly
ya, for mounting, anywhere but center. i have walls, 87 underfoot, which isn't bad, but i have to go full backseat to stay up in 3 or more inches of freshie. lesson: don't center mount unless u only ski park!
i have a pair of 171" invaders which is a good allround length but personnaly my next skis will be atleast 176" which would give me a bit more all round performance (jumps, pipe) without any loss of performance on rails
20... I already ordered some 171's so hopefully they will be here soon. I plan on getting some px12 jibs but does anyone know if i need to get the wide brake?
