Downloading Vegas 8 Pro

i had sony vegas 6 for yeaarrrs, and knew the program inside and out, but then my computer crashed and with it went vegas. i tried downloading vegas 8 pro from torrents, but it is making me register before i use it. the keygen gives me a legitcode, but it tells me its going to email me an authentication code that i need to enter, but i never got the email. and the keygen authentication code wont work!!!!!

this is so frustrating because its been a few days now and i just need to edit! is there anyway to get around this registration process, or actually getting a legit authentication code?

nope.
I've tried many torrents. I love sony 8 platinum and went to get the pro version from torrents only to realize it doesnt exist yet. no one has made a keygen and the torrent i found that worked had no presets, transitions or text etc.
so ya, get premiere or a different vegas torrent

Well I read this thread and although I havnt tried to install Vegas 8 its very rare for something to be released and not be cracked, so I had a little hunt around and from peoples comments you need to patch some files possibly by running the keygen as an admin and then it will patch the files for you, I dont know if this information will help but if you really want it I can get the keygen from a more reliable source and send it to you and see if that will help.

yes ive doine all this, even afterwards i had a working version of vegas with no transitions or effects. The timeline was still there so the crack just isnt right quite yet.

PROBLEM!  platinum 8 is doing the same thing!!! the patch is working, but when i open the program, its still asking to register from this computer or another computer before i run it... when i try to do this, it doesnt work, and i cant get an authentication code when i click register from another computer

Ah ok, i did read that people were still having problems with that, then for others it was working fine :( I know version 7 works fine as I used that before. Hope you get it sorted, peace.

i actually bought that program and can give you a code. i dont know if that would work considering ive used it but your free to try it.

This helped me out a whole bunch.  It is some keygen that works perfect, and the guy in the video is hilarious.  It has complete instructions on how to do it, too.  And his accent is just too good to get past.
