Caught this on NPR today on the way home. The link provides a pretty good summary, and no I will not cliffnotes it, its a page of text, you can all evidently read.
Might I remind people that due to the number they buy, what Texas mandates pretty much applies to all of the US as far as textbooks. I guess next year you'll be able to present your crazy wacked out view as a legitimate scientific 'theory' to your high school class without incident. Texas is making the rest of America stupid.
