Last week I hit a jump with a big kicker that threw me uncontrolably into the air. I hit the landing with my legs slightly slanted to the middle. Once I stopped I noticed my knee hurt like a bitch. I can still ski on it but it hurts and I can walk and run on it but if i twist it a certain way it hurts like a bitch once again. Has anyone else done that and/or is there any remedy for it or am i suck with a busted up knee for the rest of my days?
