Is it still snowing anywhere?

i was wondering where or if it is still snowing anywhere? i just got home from powder mountain Utah, and skied waste deep face shots all night, and it's still coming down, so is this happening any where else ?

we are getting "snow" in Killy right now, a week of rain and then a freeze = epic conditions

Washinton resorts got hammered for the past month... got a few bluebird days now and it looks like it might rain wed. but is supposed to turn back into snow thurs with a new cold front and storm system movin in... Probably wont be riding on Memorial day again though like last year.

You're half right too. Ski resorts on National Forests (read: Vail) lease the land from the Forest Service, and since its the government, its kinda hard to convince them to extend the lease time because of more snowpack.

Note: I'm pretty sure Vail is on Forest Service land. I know Copper is.

Resort was closing on the 12th, but now its looking like possible snow on 9th and 11th so we might get another week or two.

prolly cause there isnt enough workers... if you ski PCMR, look at the name tags... half of these people come from out of country and have to go home

WASATCH MOUNTAINS OF UTAH HAVE HAD 12 1/2 FEET OF SNOW IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS!!!!!
