FREAKIN out about downloading adobe premiere pro

i tried to download it thruogh torrents, but that didnt work, so i downloaded trial version from adobe. then i got a torrent for a keygen, and got the activation code... im freakin out because in the user agreement once you crack the code it says"the software may attempt to contact adobe servers over the internet in order to complete the licesnce activation process and validate the right to use this software on this machine".... i guess everyprogram does this, but this is an expensive program that i could get in deep shit for having,  is this safe to accept the agreement?

If you arent comfortable stealing software then you should pay for it. Thats my opinion. There are easy ways to keep yourself safe, look around, or dont steal~

Adobe and Apple and most companies actually leak their software to the public so the younger people and people who aren't going to pay for it can find it and use it and get to know it - then, when the few of them become filmmakers and have to pay for it because it gets documented and whatnot, they go to what they know - which would be the program they learned.

I hacked my copy of CS3.  Just do what people have said and you'll be fine.  The hardest part is usually getting the keygen because you're on your own for that, now you just have to follow the steps.

No I run a PC...

My neighbors mom is in advertising and has the whole Adobe suite though...maybe I could 'nab you a copy of AE from that, idk whether the CD is actually Mac/PC specific but hey.

Ive got a problem with my Premiere Pro.

Every  time I want to use it I have to set my clock back to 2004 because of some update happened in 2005 that detected generated keys or something? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Ive heard that before, but I don't really believe it. I think its just a made up myth that people like us make up so we feel a little bit better about ourselves for stealing. I think they discount the software so much so that students will buy it and learn it.
