I googled, went on the 4frnt site and searchbarred and couldn't find the full specs for the CR Johnston pro model, anyone know? I'm after the 188cm for next season

i remember it being like 118 underfoot, fatter in the tip, and tapered in on the tail...

Bump, has anybody skied these yet? I get pro deal on them and need to know if they ski short or true to the length. I ski on 164 Salomon Guns right now so I'm deciding between the 164 CRJ and the 172 CRJ.

All rockered skis ski short. Get the 172.. Assuming you are less than like 5'5 and less than like 130 pounds. If you are taller then you are in the wrong ballpark.

The 172s will be fine.  probably over half the total ski is reverse sidecut, and they are really soft skis.  The rockers pretty small though, but for you the 172s will be easy and work well in pow.  People 130lbs ski 189 LL2s no problem, if that's helpfull to know somehow.

yeah, thanks. i was looking at the 175 (or whatever the closest size is) JJ's in a store and they looked like i could ski them fine. same with the new Gotamas. Too bad I dont' get pro deal on the new goats, they look sick too but I already have a touring ski.
