Just fucked up my speakers....

fuck PC's i was trying to fix something on my computer and i ended up deleting the speakers software thing that makes the speakers work (in control panel) so now i dont have any sound. anyone know how to fix this?

google what type of speakers or sound card you have, you should be able to find a driver update

This happened to me when I had to re-install my operating system. I had an hp laptop and it came with a startup disk (not the windows one) that installs a whole bunch of drivers and crap. It made my speakers work.

see what graphics card you have and then search Google for a driver. You might be able to use auto update for the driver as well.

fill in the info, find the realtek driver link, download, install, (reboot probably), enjoy sound

shit that sucks haha. anyways i got it to work somehow. (roll back to previous settings blah blah something like that) thanks for the help though
