i uploaded it and after being processed and stuff it still seems to play all grainy with gray over top of it. yet the audio is fine.

yeah i dont know why it will play on my comp though. doe syoutube not like mp4? i thought i expoprted as like h.246 or w.e

yeah sometimes it doesnt like working with certain settings.. try using this:
