Summer Setup??

i have seen kids with sick summer set ups if thats what they are called? its like wood covered over with turf? and there are rails and stuff. my friend and i are planning to do that this summer but we dont really know how. if any1 has done it before and knows whats going on with it it wud b sick for u to post
