Does anyone know how to ajust the shutter speed on a canon Digital rebel EOS 6.3 mega pixles camera?

well i shoot with a canon film camera and what you should do is spin the wheel till gets to Tv which is shutter priority then you look on the small lcd screen on the TOP of the camera and spin the wheel also on the top to change it.
