Bought pair of Volkl Ledge

Hey, I just found this website/forum using google. It looks like a great website that I can trust.

Recently, i bought my first pair of twin tip skis, which were also my first pair of skis. They were the Volkl Ledge's. I wanted a ski that was good for park and groomers which i do 50/50. To reassure myself, i want to know if i made a good purchase. I got the skis in 162 plus Marker M11 free ride bindings for $350. So howd i do? I cant return the skis now, whether they suck or not, I just want an opinion.

that's actually a really good set up, you'll be able to learn a lot on those, and you got a pretty good deal since I know someone who paid $350 for the skis alone in the spring. good work.

Yeah man thats a really good buy, only $350 for bindings and skis!
A buddy of mine has them and he likes them.

Anybody have any actual skiing time on them? I don't get any time till next season.

thats a dope ass deal I got my ledges for $400 all together but rossi scratch 120's but it was at the begining of the season

Are the rossis better than the marker m11 bindings i got?

And how were the skis this season?

the bindings are good, the only probably I've seen is that my cousin had them and he broke the break like 12 times, but that's probably cause he was riding 153 line celebrity's (a women's ski) and should have been on a male 169 ski. As far as cost, I don't really know, but they're volkl's so probably not cheap, (my wall's we retailed at $600, I didn't pay that I think I paid $400, so I would assume somewhere in the $400-$500 range retail)
