I got out of class today and...

found a hard leather briefcase sitting on the windshield of my car. It was locked so I stuck it in the trunk and brought it home. After about 3 hours trying to pick the lock have gotten nowhere. I don't want to smash the locks off in case there's something important inside. Any Ideas on how to get this thing open? Oh yeah, under the leather is what looks to be thick metal.

it's most likely a snuke, you should probably ditch it immediately

but maybe try to pry it open if you can stick something in the crack, but sometimes there's a reason why those things are hard to open

in that case, let it soak in ketchup for 20 minutes then quickly throw it in the shower for like 5 minutes

that's what i'm afraid of-finally getting the damn thing open only to find out theres a dollop of peanut butter or a note that says april fools bitch.

I have a paperclip and a metal nail file in the lock right now and it's turned to about 2 o'clock, i just need to figure out where the next pins are that will let me turn it further.

sounds like you know what you're doing

if that doesn't work just try a hacksaw and saw off the 2 clasps, the case should pop open and you only would've ruined the clasps so you wouldn't have to worry about damaging the contents

you're gonna go through all this trouble and then get a note that's like "april fools, jerk"
