How do you get this 3-d effect on 2-d images? (video included)
more than likely done in after effects. but can be done in flash/director as well. you need to cut out the layers (parts you want) foreground, middleground, background.. then you need to make them move independantly (basically if wanting to zoom them, zoom the foreground faster (shorter framelength) than the middle and background. you will need to fill the middle and background layers of the area you cropped out.
I did one, not the one im posting though. You maker layers in photoshop of each part, load in after effects and then use the camera tool to move it around with depth of field and angles.
